Caltier Fund 1, LP

The Caltier Portfolio Fund (Caltier Fund 1, LP) seeks to invest in existing Class 'B & C' multi-family assets in the Western & Southwestern United States. These assets will have an identified 'value-add' aspect – if acquired and improved, rents can be increased to meet local economic standards.

The fund targets assets in areas with fundamental economic drivers such as major infrastructure improvements and the establishment of large businesses.

The fund contributes equity as the General Partner to the Limited Partner based on the asset, aiming to provide the best possible returns.
